Services for certificates of origin (C/O)
Certificate of Origin (often abbreviated as C / O) is a document used in international trade in order to identify the country of origin of the goods. Certificate of origin is particularly important in the classification of goods under the customs regulations of the importing country and therefore will decide to import suty and taxes. C/O is also important for the application of import quotas and statistics, especially with food. C / O can also be important in the regulation of food safety. Service’s application for certificate of origin for many types such as:
Form A: Application of the GSP (General System of Preferences) – C / O for Vietnam exports.
Form B: (Form C / O no incentives for exports of Vietnam). For all types of goods exported to other countries.
Form E: Form C / O for Vietnam’s exports to China.
AK Form: Form C / O preferences under the ASEAN Agreement – Korea.

Procedure for obtaining certificates of origin
For the first C/O application:
Step 1: For the first enterprise application for C/O, before preparing the documents C/O, must complete dossier Traders Ministry of 3 pages and return to Division C / O, VCCI with 1 copy of business registration license and 1 copy of the registration certificate of the corporate tax code.
Step 2:
After submitting the above documents to the VCCI, enterprises must fully prepared dossiers of application The C/O as follows:
1. An application for C / O
2. Form C / O
– C / O has been declared include at least 1 original and 2 copies of C / O to the C / O and Exporters each keep a copy.
3. Commercial Invoice (commercial invoice): 1 original issued by DN.
4. Customs declaration of export goods: completed customs procedures (1 copy with red seal and signature of the person authorized to sign company, and the “Copy from Original”), except in cases of goods not export declaration export customs declarations as prescribed by law. In case of justifiable reasons, the exporter may submit the following documents.
5. Packing List: 1 original
6. Bill of Lading : 1 copy with a red seal and signature of the person authorized to sign and sign now “Copy from Original”
7. Import Customs Declaration (1 copy)
